I'm a global HR leader with 18+ years building people strategy for high-growth tech and product companies. I've scaled organisations from early-stage to IPO-ready across org design, leadership hiring, performance, culture, and everything in between.
My career spans Myntra, Freshworks, Dream11, and a handful of startups I helped build from scratch. I've partnered directly with founders and CXOs across India, the US, the UK, Germany, and Australia at various stages, so I understand what works at 30 people, at 300, and at 3,000.
Increasingly, my work sits at the intersection of HR, AI, and operational efficiency. The companies that will scale well in the next decade are rethinking workforce design, decision-making, and people operations for an AI-enabled world, and I help leadership teams get ahead of that shift.
